PMO Apps Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all Wear OS watch faces and apps published by PMO Apps, including PMO BoomPop Rebel, PMO ChronoCraft, PMO Watch, PMO Hot Pursuit, PMO MechaCore, PMO StormCore, PMO Performance Dashboard, Neon Mood, Urban City, Weather City, WeatherMotion Ultra and Flight Instruments. By installing or using an app you agree to these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
App names, artwork, themes, and related materials belong to PMO Apps or its licensors.

DISCLAIMER
The apps are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Wear OS weather, sensors, and calendar data may be unavailable or inaccurate depending on device and providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMO Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms when the apps or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
