This Privacy Policy applies to Kittyzen: Pet Arcade, a game for Wear OS watches and its companion app for Android phones, developed by MMM Concept. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
Our game is designed to be fun and simple.
No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers). The app does not require an account, and we do not operate any servers that receive data from the app.
Data Stored on Your Device: The game saves your progress (coins, level, experience, your cat's state, unlocked items, scores, and settings) locally on your watch. This data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data, unless a backup described below restores it.
Sync Between Watch and Phone: If you use both the watch game and the phone companion app, your cat's state is sent from the watch to the phone and shown in the companion app. This uses the Google Wearable Data Layer, which is part of Google Play services. We do not receive or store this data.
Progress Backup on Your Phone: If you have the companion app, a backup copy of your game progress (the same data as above, without your purchase status) is kept on your phone. If you reinstall the game on the watch, the watch asks your phone for this copy and restores your progress. Without the companion app, no such backup exists.
Optional Backup in Your Google Account: In the companion app you can choose to sign in to Google Play Games. If you do, the backup copy of your progress is also stored as a saved game in your own Google account (Google Play Games Services), so it can survive the loss or reset of your phone. This is optional and happens only after you sign in; if you do not sign in, nothing is stored in your Google account by the app. We do not receive this data and cannot see it. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy.
System Backup: Your device's own backup feature (Android backup to your Google account, where your device supports and has enabled it) may also include the app's saved progress. This is controlled by your device settings and handled by Google, not by us.
The app may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, a Premium upgrade) through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not see or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation from Google Play that a purchase has been made, in order to unlock the purchased features. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our game does not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks that collect user data. The only third-party services involved are those provided by Google as part of the Android and Wear OS platform: Google Play (distribution and billing), Google Play services (Wearable Data Layer), and, only if you sign in to it in the companion app, Google Play Games Services (saved game backup).
The app may request or use the following permissions:
Notifications: To remind you to feed and play with your cat. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Vibration: To give haptic feedback in the game. This does not access any data.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, health sensors, or files. These permissions are used strictly for the functionality of the game.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal data, no such information from children is stored or shared by us.
We operate no servers and hold no copy of your data that we could delete on your behalf. You can delete your data yourself at any time:
On your devices: clear the app's storage or uninstall the app from your watch and your phone. Uninstalling the companion app removes the backup copy kept on your phone.
In your Google account: if you used the optional Google Play Games backup, you can delete the saved game and your Play Games data in the Google Play Games app and through your Google Account settings. Any system backup of your device can be managed or deleted in your device and Google Account settings.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
